Stakeholder Relationship Committee

This board committee handles the grievances of shareholders, debenture holders and other security holders.

Mandated for listed companies under SEBI LODR, the Stakeholder Relationship Committee oversees the resolution of investor complaints — such as non-receipt of dividends, share transfers or annual reports — and monitors the work of the registrar and transfer agent. It is chaired by a non-executive director.

The committee ensures the company is responsive to its security holders and that grievances are tracked and resolved within prescribed timelines, reinforcing accountability to investors.
