SEBI SCORES
SCORES is SEBI's online platform where investors can lodge and track complaints against listed companies and market intermediaries.
The SEBI Complaints Redress System (SCORES) gives investors a single online channel to file grievances — for instance over unpaid dividends, demat issues or broker disputes — and follow their status to resolution. Entities are required to respond within set timelines.
By centralising and time-bounding redress, SCORES strengthens investor protection and gives SEBI data on recurring problem areas. It works alongside other mechanisms such as the securities market ombudsman and online dispute resolution for unresolved cases.
